Is Kinehub a replacement for physical therapy?

No. Kinehub is an educational fitness and mobility tool, not a medical service. It's designed to support your movement routine between appointments, not to diagnose, treat, or replace advice from a qualified clinician. If you're injured, pregnant, post-surgery, or managing a chronic condition, speak to a healthcare professional before starting new exercises. Stop any movement that causes pain.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your profile panel under Subscription → Manage subscription. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. If you run into trouble, email us at hello@movewell.app and we'll sort it out.

How do I contact my therapist?

Accepted Answer

If your therapist is connected in Kinehub, open Messages from the bottom navigation or tap Message on their card in your Care Team. You can ask questions about your program and share how your recovery feels. If you haven't connected a therapist yet, head to Reports → Care team and enter their invite code.

What data does Kinehub collect?

We collect your account email, the goals and preferences you enter, your completed sessions, optional pain ratings, and any reports you choose to share. We use this only to personalise your experience and show your progress. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.

How do I update my goals or focus areas?

Open your profile panel and tap Edit goals, or go to Profile → Goals. Updating your goals helps Kinehub tune your daily recommendations and AI exercises.

Question 6

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Open your profile panel, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account. This permanently removes all of your data — sessions, pain logs, reports, and achievements — and cannot be undone.
