Terms of Service

Effective 1 September 2026 · Privacy Policy

Medical disclaimer

Kinehub is an educational fitness and mobility tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Talk to a qualified clinician before starting any exercise programme — especially if you're injured, pregnant, post-surgery, or managing a chronic condition. If an exercise causes pain, stop. If you experience chest pain, dizziness, or severe symptoms, seek medical help immediately.

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Kinehub, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

2. Your account

  • You must be 16 or older.
  • Keep your sign-in credentials private — anyone with them can access your data.
  • Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • The information you enter (goals, focus areas, pain ratings, health metrics) should be your own and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

3. Acceptable use

  • Use the app for your own personal rehab, mobility, and fitness practice.
  • Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
  • Don't use Kinehub to harm yourself or others, or to give clinical advice to someone else.
  • Don't upload content that's illegal, infringing, or harmful.

4. AI coach

The AI recovery coach is a supportive, educational tool. It is not a clinician and cannot diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment. It may suggest exercises, answer questions, and help you reflect on your progress. If it detects language that suggests you may be at risk of harming yourself or others, it will show emergency resources and may notify a linked clinician if you have consented to that. In any emergency, call your local emergency number.

5. Your content

You own the notes, mood entries, pain ratings, and health metrics you log. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them so we can deliver the service to you — for example, to compute your streak, generate a report you choose to share, or power the AI coach.

6. Therapist relationship

Kinehub is a tool that can help you share information with a qualified clinician. It does not create a clinician-patient relationship between you and Kinehub. Any advice, diagnosis, or treatment comes from the clinician, not from us. You choose what to share and can revoke consent or disconnect at any time.

7. Shareable reports

When you create a shareable report, the link is unguessable but anyone with it can view the snapshot. Treat it like a password. You can revoke a link at any time from the Reports page.

8. Subscriptions and billing

Kinehub offers a free tier and paid plans for individuals and teams, processed by Stripe. Paid plans are billed in advance. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; existing subscriptions keep their current rate until renewal unless you agree to a new price. We will never auto-enrol a free account into a paid plan without your explicit consent. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

9. Corporate and team accounts

If your employer or organisation provides Kinehub access, the HR admin manages seats and billing. Your use is also subject to these terms. The organisation does not receive your individual health logs unless you separately consent to share them with a clinician they engage.

10. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time from the profile panel — this removes your data permanently. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or pose a safety risk.

11. Service changes

We're improving Kinehub continuously. Features may be added, modified, or removed. We aim to keep your data and routines intact through any change.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Kinehub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any specific medical purpose.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Kinehub and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including injury sustained while performing exercises. If you have paid for a subscription in the last 12 months, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in that period. You use the app at your own risk.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction unless local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
